I am Tolulope Fakehinde, a People builder, Identity coach, leadership consultant, and People transformational leader. I currently lead a multiculturally diverse team at one of the world’s leading Shipping and Logistics companies. Over the years, I have designed and rolled out scalable policies, processes and structures, which have helped in promoting business vision, enabling leaders and employees to foster engagement while meeting customer needs.

More about me and what I do ...
I am on a mission, in alliance with the chief architect – God, to build people wholistically, guiding them on the journey to self-discovery and mapping out their unique identity and purpose, while discovering and leveraging their innate strengths, abilities, talents, and potentials without losing sight of the limiting beliefs or mindsets that have contributed to their journey. Having recognised the impact of one’s foundation in the mindset moulding process, I also works closely with parents and young adults to develop grown-ups with the right mindset and full insight into their identity, thereby contributing to the world positively and reducing the brokenness that exists.
I am exemplary at what I do and I have faithfully served in several capacities and currently serve as teacher in the preteen class of my church, in addition to leading a cohort of the Women in Leadership Network (an arm of the Global Leadership Summit) in Portugal, where I reside with my husband, Segun and our two daughters, Ooreoluwakiitan and Ireoluwayimika.

I underwent an eight week course on Personal Growth and during this time I discovered my purpose as an individual and learned to prioritise my goals and vision as well and accepting that I am enough in any way and not doubt myself. This was a real eye opener for me as l was encouraged to read more as well as being aware of who I am and my capabilities. I also took nuggets in parenting and being a better spouse.
